Who Leads Our Programmes?

Our work provides powerful access to what’s missing: those actions and issues that represent the gap between today’s realities and exceptional results. And to be certain, a clear, objective assessment of the current state of affairs is a key to our work.

Ginette Morel is a management consultant and professional coach who has worked with the top managers of many Fortune 500 corporations in providing transformational programs, high performance team projects and cultural interventions. She has been a key player in advising, coaching and leading senior public sector executives in major transitional projects. Her role in the last four years in the public service of Canada has impacted over 15 agencies and hundreds of executives. Her strength is in rebuilding relationships through coaching as well as providing a possibility for teams to create unprecendented futures.

Randy Martin has served as an educator, senior executive and consultant for business and educational institutions and has lead programs to more than 100,000 people. Randy specializes in empowering executives and organizations to create their own future rather than being limited to a future thrust upon them by history or circumstance. Randy has developed an extensive and new body of knowledge directly applicable to the management of performance in organizations.

Peter Griffiths has been a management consultant and executive coach for more than 12 years. He has worked with many large public and private sector organizations from countries as diverse as Canada, USA, South Africa, Cambodia and England. He has achieved the highest ratings for both his ability to communicate and the practicality and power of the material he presents.

Robert Bisaillon is a recognized leader in Human Resources Management and a professional coach with demonstrated abilities in interpersonal relations and in communications. Mr. Bisaillon has over 30 years experience in the Public Service of Canada. His work was recognized with several departments. Since 1999 he has led many coaching and leadership programs for different groups in the Federal, the Municipal and the private sector. Robert had the pleasure to provide personal coaching to several Deputy-Ministers, Assistant Deputy Ministers, Presidents of Agencies as well as senior executives from the private sector. Mr. Bisaillon also works as ombudsman for HEC Montréal and for the “Institut de recherche clinique de Montréal”, ( IRCM).
