Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is recognized as an invaluable resource for executives. Through working with a coach, executives can develop and accomplish strategic plans, enhance decision-making, handle difficult people and difficult work situations, meet division goals and objectives, clarify priorities and stick to them. Executive Coaching is powerful in assisting people with large mandates and responsibilities become more efficient and productive. An executive can decrease behaviours that hinder effectiveness and overcome obstacles to success.
Morel Martin & Associates Inc. offers two approaches of Executive Coaching.
- A one-on-one coaching relationship with the executive for a minimum of 3 months.
- Small team coaching sessions where a group of 4 (maximum) executives and/or managers work together with 1 coach for a 3 month period.
A commitment of 2 hours per week via telephone with a creation meeting at the beginning of the engagement.
Session objectives:
- Create loyalty among peers and respect from superiors
- Determine the value of risk vs. playing it safe
- Learn to practise commitment driven skills vs. don’t make waves
- Produce more than seemed likely before the engagement
- Find many opportunities to celebrate along the road to success
Session deliverables:
Assessment: The initial creation meeting offers assessment tools that provide an objective starting point to evaluate existing strengths and areas for potential improvement.
Synergy: The executive and coach become a team, focusing on specific goals that enable producing more results than the executive would alone.
Structure: The weekly coaching calls provide an accountability mechanism so the executive can take more action, think bigger and get the job done.
Expertise: The coach’s experience, expertise and perspective can assist the executive to make better decisions, set the best goals, and restructure professional and personal commitments allowing for maximum productivity, balance and personal satisfaction.
