Ginette Morel is a management consultant and professional coach who has worked with the top managers of many Fortune 500 corporations in providing transformational programs, high performance team projects and cultural interventions. Ms. Morel has been a key player in advising, coaching and leading senior public sector executives in major transitional projects. Her role in the last twelve years in the public service of Canada has impacted over 15 agencies and thousands of executives. Her strengths are in rebuilding relationships through coaching as well as providing a possibility for teams to create unprecedented futures. Randy Martin has served as an educator, senior executive and consultant for business and educational institutions and has lead programs for more than 100,000 people. Randy specializes in empowering executives and organizations to create their own future rather than being limited to a future thrust upon them by history or circumstance. Randy has developed an extensive and new body of knowledge directly applicable to the management of performance in organizations. |

Robert Bisaillon is a recognized leader in Human Resources Management and a professional coach with demonstrated abilities in interpersonal relations and in communications. Mr. Bisaillon has over 30 years experience in the Public Service of Canada. His work was recognized by several departments. Since 1999 he has led many coaching and leadership programs for different groups in the Federal, the Municipal and the private sectors. Robert had the pleasure of providing personal coaching to several Deputy-Ministers, Assistant Deputy Ministers, Presidents of Agencies as well as senior executives from the private sector. Mr. Bisaillon also works as ombudsman for HEC Montréal and for the “Institut de recherche clinique de Montréal”, (IRCM). |
