This 5-month initiative is designed to produce breakthroughs in leadership effectiveness including results in the participant’s personal and professional life. This intensive intervention will provide the tools to become an effective, powerful and self-generative coach and bring a coaching culture into the participant’s organization. During this 5 month period the participants will be coached to meet and exceed their stated commitments, creating what before was deemed impossible.
The course has 5 sessions of 2 days with customized coaching for the participants in between sessions. Participants will be assigned to a professional coach throughout the 5 months.
Session objectives:
- Unstoppable, irreversible momentum
- Enthusiasm, passion and commitment are unleashed for all
- Breakthrough results are produced
- Failures become building blocks
- Traditional performance measures increase
Session deliverables:
- People move from resisting change, to accepting change, to welcoming change, to generating change
- People learn that they personally are the architects of the culture
- Developing new competencies in the areas of leadership, management, relationship, commitment, mood and speaking and listening
- Designed and led to honour and respect the highest standards and values of human beings
Price for this course per participant is $8,000 for 5 sessions of two days. This course is open to the public and includes continental breakfast and lunch at every workshop.
