This course is the foundation of our work and is designed for individuals or teams that want to address leadership, partnership, vision and executive development. Participants learn to become unstoppable in their work and life by reinventing their vision of themselves to reflect their highest standards and ideals. This course offers simple yet powerful tools for overcoming obstacles and removing the blind spots that limit achievement and desired results. Participants gain insights for authentic leadership and learn how to shift from the reactive and defensive modes into the creative, positive actions in any situation.
Session objectives:
- To increase ownership and accountability for results, performance and one’s experience of satisfaction at work and in life.
- To increase productivity and teamwork by learning to “take the high road” in management and work relationships
- To generate ones own success, enthusiasm and well-being in the face of opposition and change
Session deliverables:
- Designing your personal mission “being” statement
- Executing a Self-assessment from a place of authenticity and empowerment
- Questioning existing reality-belief systems
- Exploring and reinventing the power of language
- Honouring yourself as your word
This course consists of a two-day core session with a one-day follow up scheduled 3 to 4 weeks later. The follow-up session is an opportunity for participants to share progress and obstacles in their commitments and chart a course for the future.
Price for this course per participant is $1,800 for the 2 day core session and the follow up day. This course is open to the public and includes continental breakfast and lunch. A workbook will be provided.
This course is also offered for teams of 10 to 15 participants.
