This workshop offers new managers some powerful tools to gain courage and confidence in achieving extraordinary results. This course will touch upon essential distinctions that will reinforce everyday actions and commitments. The basic premise is to allow participants to see possibilities, possibilities that were not obvious to them before.
You will learn to benefit from your own strengths and receive greater support from others around you through a very distinct way of communicating.
This course is intended for new managers who:
- are ready to make an opening in the productivity within their organization by presenting to the course a real problem to which they must face
- see the possibility of new results and new horizons relative with their problem
- see the coaching as a means of discovering new possibilities
Session deliverables:
- Dramatically increase productivity while minimizing struggle and effort
- Implement a culture of straight talk, authenticity and powerful listening
- Master language tools that increase effectiveness in challenging relationships
- Enhance effectiveness at dealing with obstacles and setbacks and actually turn them into opportunities
- Distinguish reactive and automatic behaviours that impede breakthrough
- Individuals will benefit from both the individual and collective coaching
The course has two parts:
First Part: One-day workshop
Second Part: 4 sessions of individual coaching with a professional coach from Morel Martin Associates Inc.
