Do I have to be a manager to take the Basic Course or the Advanced Course?

The Basic Course is really for everyone and does offer openings and breakthroughs for whatever commitment you want to achieve. We have a mixture of people in our courses and the learning comes from the many conversations that people bring. The tools and concepts that we provide will make a difference with anyone that has a commitment to be there.

The Advanced Course is a larger commitment of time and money. It is usually a mixture of people from new managers to more seasoned ones to entrepreneurs. This intensive intervention will provide the tools to become an effective, powerful and self-generative coach whether you are a manager or not.

What is the advantage of attending the Basic and Advanced Course?

These courses are attended by employees from different organizations in both the private and public sectors. Each course accommodates up to 20 participants which brings a rich platform of experience and conversation to the group. The benefits of doing a course with people from different organizations is that YOU are open and free to bring the concerns and breakdowns that you relate to in your firm. You clearly learn a lot from each other in the group. Fresh dialogue and group dynamics serve to create astonishing results.

What are the advantages of having my whole team do the Basic Course together?

The advantages of your whole team doing the course together is that it provides the organization with a critical mass as they return into their work  culture with a common language. The first morning of the Basic Course, the facilitators address the issues of fear of straight talk to allow participants to communicate freely and authentically. When participants choose to resolve their issues and commit together to a better future everything that has been an obstacle in the way of change, IS GONE.
