Core Programme: Coaching for Leadership

Our programme consists of a three-day core session with a one-day follow up scheduled three to four weeks later. The follow-up session is an opportunity for participants to share progress and obstacles in their commitments and chart a course for the future.

The Customized Coaching Series

The Customized Coaching Series is a highly effective and focused hands-on engagement which produces measurable results in 6 training days. These educational workshops are designed for teams that want to address leadership, partnership, diversity, vision, strategic intent and executive development and training. The customized coaching series is for organizations that are interested in creating a seamless context for all of their training and development programmes.

The Coaching for Leadership Advanced Series empowers executives and organizations to create futures rather than being limited to futures thrust upon them by history or circumstance. Our approach is focused on causing change, not just dealing with change that has already taken place.

The Coaching for Leadership Advanced Series is an 6-month executive education and management development programme. The critical path to accomplishing the objectives is based in each participants key work-related accountabilities and coaching in the fulfillment of breakthrough projects in the area of those accountabilities.Educational methodologies, when applied to an organization, often leave one having to remember the concepts that worked or trying to figure out how to apply them to the next challenge. Through The Coaching for Leadership Advanced Series, you will practice applying what you learned naturally and without effort.

Programme Logistics:

The Coaching for Leadership Advanced Series includes one-on-one coaching, audio/visual demonstrations, video coaching and individual work with the course leader in front of the room. There is hands-on practice in all of the ontological distinctions gathered to this point as it applies to your organizational commitments.

The Coaching for Leadership Advanced Series includes 6 sessions of 2 days, approximately 6 weeks apart. There is individual coaching between sessions and small groups for coaching established within the participant body.

Prerequisite:

The Coaching for Leadership 4-day Programme:

As a condition of his or her acceptance into the programme, each participant must commit to significantly increasing their productivity and the productivity of their direct and indirect reports.

Intended Outcomes:

The Coaching for Leadership Advanced Series leaves you with the technology for creating and designing a future within your organization that is informed by the past but is in no way limited by the past.

Executive Coaching is powerful in assisting people with large mandates and responsibilities become more efficient and productive. An executive can decrease behaviours that hinder effectiveness and overcome obstacles to success.

Morel Martin & Associates Inc. offers two approaches of Executive Coaching. A one-on-one coaching relationship with the executive for a minimum of 3 months and also small team coaching sessions where a group of 4 (maximum) executives and/or managers work together with 1 coach. A commitment of 2 hours per week via telephone is required with a creation meeting in person of 2 hours at the beginning of the engagement.

Typical Outcomes:

  • Create loyalty among peers and respect from superiors
  • Determine the value of risk vs. playing it safe
  • Learn to practice commitment driven skills vs. don’t make waves
  • Produce more than seemed likely before the engagement
  • Find many opportunities to celebrate along the road to success

Conference Speaking Events

Morel Martin & Associates Inc. offers Conference Event speakers that introduce distinctions of coaching, ontology and leadership and how this is crucial in today’s organizational world. We offer tools of language and context that may instill a sense of empowerment in participants through an examination of what is possible. Participants are encouraged, through dialogue and discussion, to become new observers and agents in creating the future they say they want.

As Conference Event Speakers, we don’t simply offer a lecture. We engage participants in a dialogue with the event speakers as well as their peers, to refine an understanding of the dynamics of the workplace and what possibilities or obstacles can be seen. We challenge participants to examine the tools necessary to create futures rather than being limited to futures thrust upon them by history or circumstance.

Through a Conference Event of 2-4 hours, we introduce a reliable means for people to begin to:

  • Participants share provocative ideas through an exchange with other participants and leaders
  • The participants are introduced to becoming new observers in order to create a future they say they want
  • New distinctions of leadership are discussed during the conference that provide participants with tools and concepts to increase job satisfaction and decrease effort and struggle
  • Participants take the days insights on coaching distinctions back to their organizations and are provided with a schedule of courses offered to pursue their learning
