Our Agency contracted with Morel Martin & Assoc. to provide leadership training (“Re-invent Your Leadership”) to all management staff in our office. The individual successes from this learning lead us to expand the training as a pilot project to front line staff on 6 teams.
Additional training (“Advanced Leadership and Coaching”) was then provided to 20 participants to enable them to realize their full potential and become “coaches” in the workplace.
The objective was to maximize team productivity and enable individuals to achieve or exceed CRA goals.
This training had many positive results for the participants and our office. Individuals were able to change behaviours and thinking that had limited them from achieving their full potential. Teams became stronger as they began to better understand themselves and others. Individuals helped each other with their work/life challenges, which has contributed to a more positive and supportive work environment.
Ginette Morel’s facilitation style enabled participants to be open to change and self-reflection. Participants were encouraged to set goals and believe in themselves. Excellent coaching and support was provided to participants on an ongoing basis to enable them to achieve their goals. Ginette was very focused and dedicated to our individual/organizational learning needs and made a positive impact on our office.
