Renowned for her strategic coaching and change management expertise, Ginette has worked
with public and private sector leaders across Canada and internationally. Her experience
includes leading transformation initiatives for federal departments and private industries.
She has created coaching programs for women executives in Benin, Senegal, and Tunisia, and
has advised architectural firms in South Africa and Europe on intercultural sensitivity. In the past
