Ginette Morel is a recognized leader in organizational transformation and leadership

development, with over 30 years of experience. Since founding Morel Martin et Associates Inc.

in 1997, she has designed and facilitated numerous trainings and workshops focused on

interpersonal relations, communication, self-awareness, and achieving exceptional results.

Renowned for her strategic coaching and change management expertise, Ginette has worked

with public and private sector leaders across Canada and internationally. Her experience

includes leading transformation initiatives for federal departments and private industries.

She has created coaching programs for women executives in Benin, Senegal, and Tunisia, and

has advised architectural firms in South Africa and Europe on intercultural sensitivity. In the past

two years, Ginette led leadership and coaching initiatives for managers and women entrepreneurs

in Canada, Tunisia, Qatar, and Senegal, and continues to provide individual coaching for leaders.

 For the past 15 years, Alison has facilitated personaI growth and productivity utilizing her background in clinical psychology. She prides herself in motivating organizations and their employees to eliminate resistance, facilitate cooperation, and awaken new thought and behaviour patterns. She has extensive experience in the area of learning difficulties and remediation, which has enabled clients with various learning styles to evolve and reach their goals.

Her knowledge in the area of communication, interpersonal relationships, and human behaviour has empowered others to redefine themselves and increase performance. She holds a master's degree in counselling psychology and is a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Peter is the author of countless trainings and programs focusing on communication skills, building effective relationships and producing breakthrough results. He has led programs globally to more then 50,000 people extending across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and North America. These programs have been simultaneously translated in Spanish, French, Arabic, Hebrew, Xhosa and Afrikaans. Peter specialized in empowering executives and organizations to face the challenges of the time powerfully, flexibly and peacefully. He has achieved the highest ratings for both his ability to communicate and the practicality and power of the material he presents.

Angel specializes in empowering executives, teams and organizations to create extraordinary results by having them break through obstacles that have been limiting their effectiveness and allowing them to unlock untapped potential. Mr. Naranjo holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and French and has the distinction having coached executives and business leaders from a broad range of cultural and geographic backgrounds. 

Nicolas Noriega is one of the co-founders of Prompta AI. He brings over 18+ years of experience

working with data and analytics across multiple industries, combining deep technical expertise

with a strong business lens. At Prompta AI, Nicolas leads digital innovation and is hands-on in

designing, coding, and prototyping machine learning and AI-driven solutions that help

organizations navigate complex transformations. He holds degrees in Economics, an MBA in

Finance, a Master’s in Financial Accounting, and a Master’s in Computer Science with a focus on

Artificial Intelligence.

Tim Morton (he/him), a recognized leader in driving successful business transformation. He’s passionate about facilitating effective and lasting change, building capabilities, and coaching leaders to enable their organizations to thrive through change and disruption.

Tim focused his career on successfully transforming businesses, improving corporate cultures, and enhancing working lives, with a passion for championing transformational change to effectively drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

Tim’s change management experience includes M&A integrations, cultural and business transformation, IT, AI & ERP implementations, digital transformations, HR and Supply Chain change consulting. To date, he’s supported over 30 organizations to thrive through transition, including having enabled M&A integrations valued at $32 billion in aggregate.
